Hi George, The price is only available on cars delivered prior to June 30. After this date, the price *could* remain the same, it's just that most manufacturers review their pricing and incentives at the end of each month. I can refresh the price for you when you are ready - no charge. Paint protection: I *highly* recommend that you - if you have a couple of hours on a weekend - apply it yourself. The best paint protection is called Glare Infinity Plus and is sold in kit form (including professonal quality microfibre cloths and a chamois and all you neeed) for $150 plus shipping. The advantages in applying it yourself are: - You are 100% sure it was applied (I have been in the industry long enough to know that the quality of the product and application is totally dependent on the manager of the Service Area in the dealership. I have seen cars go out without any protection at all. I have also seen Turtle wax being applied and charged over $700 for.) - It is a good opportunity to really check your car out. You see every square inch of it up close. You will see any imperfections and can - if need be - take it up with the manufacturer. - You get an after-care pack. Many dealers steal the after care pack and use it on the next car sold - therefore halving the cost to themselves. The after care pack includes enough car wash for 52 washes. Glare Infinity Plus is a silica (not silicon) based product that essentially encases your car in a layer of glass. It is unique, and I have personally used it. It is so much better than resin based or "teflon" based products that it's just embarrassing that anything else is being sold. Any other paint protection can be "over applied", resulting in a white film over the surface of the paint. This means that all other products are *not clear* but more like translucent. Glare Infinity Plus is huge in the USA (actually, the "Plus" is the slightly different version sold here for the harsher Australian sun conditions). I have applied it on my sunglasses and on my clear shower screens. That's how clear it is. Sorry to go on about it, but this product totally blew me out of the water when I first saw it about 4 weeks ago. It's the only paint protection that has ever been successfully applied onto a commercial aircraft, and it meets the Boeing specs for paint coatings. Since it came to my attention, I have started working with the Australian distributor on a website from which we will be selling it. I expect the site to be up and running in about 7 days, but you can still buy a kit right now if you like. If you wanted it professionally applied, it would cost you $495. If you want a dealer-applied generic paint protector (I cannot say what the product would be) it would cost about $200-$400 and it *probably* would not include an after-care kit. Regards Chris
